GENERAL CAMPING INFO

All campsites are first come, first served. No holding of campsites allowed. If you want to camp next to friends/family, you must arrive to check-in at the same time.

RV campsites are roughly 20’ x 58’. Tent campsites are 20' x 20'. Vehicle campsites are 14' x 25'. Dry campsites unless otherwise noted.

Portable toilets and sanitation services are provided at each camping lot along with garbage dumpsters. 

Showers are available at the Pendleton Aquatic Center on Friday and Saturday morning from 7am to 10am (small fee paid upon arrival). 

All camping passes include one vehicle; motor-home is considered a vehicle.  Extra vehicle passes are $15 each.  Passes are available online or on-site day of arrival.

 

All campsites are within a short walking distance of venue.

RV Camping is considered anything with wheels, which also includes tent-trailers. No ground tents allowed.

Vehicle camping is considered any vehicle less than 22'. You may camp in or on top of vehicle. No ground tents allowed.

 

Tent camping is specifically tents only, no exceptions.

CURFEW

A 1:00 a.m. curfew will be enforced in all campgrounds.

GENERAL POLICIES

All purchases are final. No refunds allowed. Event tickets are not included with camping tickets and must be purchased separately.

All reserved campgrounds are ticketed areas and you must provide ticket upon arrival as proof of purchase to enter campsite.  All camping tickets will be verified upon arrival.

 

No large external speakers will be allowed.  Loud music, parties and anything that disturbs neighbors or other campers will not be tolerated.  We do not expect total quiet and want everyone to have a good time; however, please respect your fellow campers and nearby neighborhoods.

No weapons of any kind including knives of any size and guns (regardless if you have a concealed permit)

 

No golf carts, power scooters, dirt bikes, bicycles ATVs, drones, fireworks, tasers, laser pointers, or hazardous materials are allowed on site.

No flag poles or extendable poles allowed on/in camping areas or your RV/trailer/vehicle/tent.

 

No vending is allowed in the campgrounds.  Violators will be removed from the premises.

No campfires or open flames will be allowed. Gas or propane grills for cooking are allowed.

ALCOHOL

Drinking age of 21+ will be strictly enforced.

Irresponsible use of alcohol can, and will, result in ejection from campsite.

Security officers have the authority to ask any person or group of people who are abusing the noise curfew to leave the grounds without a refund.  All state and local laws will be enforced by law enforcement personnel. There will be an after-hours security patrol each night.
